VANILLA Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 tsp vanilla extract-2 egg yolks -1/2 cup white sugar-1/2 cup whipped cream or heavy cream-3/4 cup whole milk

Preparation

1.Put the whipped cream and the whole milk in a pan.

2.Add vanilla extract to the milk and the whipped cream in the pan. Bring this mixture to boil.

3.Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.

4.Add the boiling milk-cream mixture to the egg-sugar mixture and mix this.

5.Pour mixture back into the pan. Stir together until it starts to thicken. The mixture should not boil.

6.Cool down the mixture.

7.Transfer the mixture to the ice cream machine. Start the ice machine!

YOGHURT Ice Cream

Ingredients

1/2 cup whipped cream or heavy cream-1 cup full fat yoghurt-1 egg yolks -1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

1.Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.

2.Add the yoghurt to the egg-sugar mixture and stir the mixture.

3.Beat the whipped cream until it is almost stiff.

4.Add the whipped cream to the yoghurt mixture and stir it together.

5.Transfer the mixture to the ice cream machine. Start the ice machine.

CHOCOLATE Ice Cream

Ingredients

1/2 cup whole milk -1/2 cup heavy cream-4 oz bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate -2 oz granulated sugar-1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Preparation

1.Heat the whole milk until it is bubbling around the edges.

2.Put the sugar and the chocolate in a blender, blend this till the chocolate is finely chopped.

3.Mix the chocolate-sugar mixture with the hot milk until the mass is well blended and has a smooth texture.

4.Cool down the mixture.

5.Stir the heavy cream with the vanilla extract.

6.Add the cooled chocolate mixture with the heavy cream mixture and mix this.

7.Transfer the mixture to the ice cream machine. Start the ice machine!

MANGO Ice Cream

Ingredients

1/2 cup heavy cream, well chilled -1/3 cup whole milk-9 oz mango

Preparation

1.Dice the mango and mash it in a food processor or a blender.

2.Put the mango mixture, the heavy cream and the whole milk in a bowl and stir together.

3.Transfer the mixture to the ice cream machine. Start the ice machine!
